American Association of Advertising Agencies

Election to the American Association of Advertising Agencies (AAAA) is the highest professional recognition an agency can achieve. AAAA membership has been awarded to less than 6 percent of the nation's more than 13,000 agencies, and in 1977 Estey-Hoover was the first agency in Orange County to be awarded the privilege of membership.

AAAA is the national trade organization representing the advertising agency business. It is a management-oriented organization, offering its members the broadest feasible depth of information regarding the operation of advertising agencies, encompassing management, media, print and broadcast production, secondary research on advertising and marketing, international advertising and much more.

The organization, which has served the industry since 1917, is comprised of agencies that represent approximately 75 percent of the total advertising volume placed by agencies in the United States. Membership is conferred only after an extensive examination of professional ability, financial integrity, and business ethics.
